共享雨傘救地球！透明傘難回收.成汙染源
「共享經濟」是現代趨勢，像是汽車、腳踏車、車位、辦公室等等都能共享，而日本現在連雨傘都能共享。因為超商常見的透明塑膠傘難以被有效地垃圾分類，成為帶給環境負擔的廢塑料；為了維護環境，日本現在推出了「共享雨傘」，方便的甲地借乙地還，以及眾多租借地點，讓共享雨傘上線半年，就擁有1萬5千名使用者。
梅雨季、颱風月接連報到，大雨總是說來就來，如果不巧沒帶傘，常常暢銷產品團購熱門商品就是衝進超商買一把。
日本民眾：「在外面如果突然下雨我就會買一把。一不小心就會忘記，有時候確實會搞丟，不見了再買一把就好啦。」
有居住過日本、或在雨季旅遊日本經驗，這樣開滿透明塑膠傘花的景象，你一定不陌生，甚至你也可能是其中一把傘的主人；不過，一旦放晴後也會像這樣，滿街放眼望去都是被遺忘的透明傘。
新宿垃圾減量回收課長 小野川哲史：「因為塑膠傘好買又方便撐，我們其實非常理解這樣的出發點，但我們來講也是滿頭大的。」
由雨轉晴的這一天，新宿區派人巡邏街頭，果然大豐收，至少撿到50支塑膠傘；工作人員說有時一天撿到500支，也不是沒有過。而在警局裡的失物招領中心，更是壯觀。
NHK記者：「打擾了。哇...在這裡，真的有塑膠傘。」
偌大的倉庫，幾乎被雨傘佔滿，當中有的來自鐵道公司，有的是民眾熱心送來，或是根本就被當作丟棄物。負責的員警透露，警局每年能收到30萬支無主雨傘，雖然名為「失物招領」，但通常都是等不到失主出現。
警視廳遺失物第二係長 安間勇峰：「我在部門服務20多年，從來沒人來領透明塑膠傘或是來詢問。」
一下雨，超商、藥妝店都會立馬賣起的透明傘，即買即撐又便宜；方便的塑膠傘幫助人們免於落湯雞的窘態，但卻成為環境一大困擾。
垃圾車倒下數量驚人的透明傘，這間回收廠一個月至少會收來20到30噸的塑膠傘；雖然塑膠能夠被再利用，但前提是得先確實分類。
回收場社長 福田隆：「塑膠傘會像這樣跟鐵架一起被分出來。」
回收業者表示，透明塑膠傘在分類過程中，會跟鐵製骨架攪在一起，因此無法完整被分類，所以不適合做為回收資源，只能淪為無用的塑膠垃圾。而現在背後的問題又更麻煩了──
大陸國務院總理 李克強(2018.03)：「嚴禁洋垃圾入境。」
成堆成堆的塑膠垃圾，過去還能全部往大陸送，但自從北京宣布拒收「洋垃圾」後，多到滿出來的廢塑料，讓西方國家一個頭兩個大。
回收場社長 福田隆：「以前的回收模式，是以輸出大陸為前提，在取消之後，塑膠傘的塑膠與其他廢塑料，日本國內無法全數處理而不斷積存。」
即便宣導減塑，但仍然難以見效，於是有業者推出了共享雨傘。
去年12月在福岡首次開啟的服務，現在東京也能享用。
日本民眾：「我現在要在這裡借雨傘。」
方法非常簡單，手機下載專用App，登錄信用卡等個人資料後，只要看到租借點，走進去、拿傘、掃瞄QRcode、輸入傳送來的密碼，就能馬上開傘使用。
NHK記者：「一天的費用是70日圓(20台幣)，月繳420日圓(122台幣)就能用到飽，而且不限歸還地。」
福岡、東京兩城市加起來，大約200個出租熱點；而且還能甲地借乙地還，推出短短半年，登入會員已經達到1萬5千人，也讓貼心的共享雨傘服務，不但保有便利與機動性，更能夠環保愛地球。
